Rolex Datejust Ref. 1603 Wide Boy
Here we have a classic Rolex Datejust ref. 1603 from 1974. Upon first glance this might just look like any other silver dial Datejust but upon further inspection the discerning eye can see this example sports the coveted ‘wide boy’ dial. These dials feature a different set of hour markers and hands that give the watch a warm, friendly feel. I can’t quite put my finger on why these iterations are so attractive but I’m certainly not the only watch nut who feels this way. They really do pop in person. As an added bonus for all you true watch nerds out there like me, this one also happens to be a sigma dial.
